San Francisco Street
This week's illustration friday topic: Metropolitan.
I'm cheating this week. This is a pic from way back in 1998 when I actually lived in a big city. I used to love the way the street car wires looked like lattice work framed against the sky.

no this is not cheating 8) hehe.. same as me a little crop of collected images and a dash of tiny details .. well we have ideas and art in our own way.. and this is a nice illo indeed! 8)
Not to worry. I often scour my archives and dust off old work that fits a new theme, or use it as a reference. No inspiration is ever wasted. This is really lovely. Being a Bay Area native, it hits home.
