It's a girl!

We got our 3rd ultrasound yesterday (20.5 weeks along) and found out we're having a girl. She's looking healthy and on-track so far. :) I've included an ultrasound pic below. It's a little hard to figure out what's going on in some of it because she's all smooshed, but that's definitely her face on the bottom right. Above that is one of her hands. To the left, everything's muddled together, but I know that the little black hole in the middle is her stomach. After that, anyone's guess is as good as mine!

Me and Sarah at the pool

This is just a cool pic that my husband took of me and my old pal Sarah (a.k.a. Turtle) in our swimming pool. Notice how much more relaxed Sarah looks than me. That's cuz she can drink beer and I can't. Sigh. Ah well, I'm sure it'll all be worth it. :)

Ultrasound at 12 weeks

Wow. I just realized that I haven't posted anything since January. Tsk tsk. Well, here's the best picture I've got recently--an ultrasound of our kiddo at 12 weeks! I wish I had a good video of the ultrasound. The kid was literally jumping during the scan. It was so cool!
